A comparative market analysis is an examination of the prices at which similar properties in the same area. Our agents perform a 'CMA' for our clients to help them determine a price when renting or listing when selling a home or a price to offer when buying a home.

After CMA & RPA reports are complete, one of our leasing agents will take a guided tour of your property. During this time, we pay close attention to key elements like property condition, updates, amenities, and other factors to develop an opinion of market value to finalize a price. 

Rental Price Analysis

After evaluating your property along with several comparison properties, our Rental Price Analysis report takes several local rental market factors into account, including square footage, bedroom and bathroom details, area rental rates, market trends, neighborhood variables and local comps.

Improvement Recommendations

Improvements are characterized as being permanent and adding capital value and that involves the expenditure of labor or money and is designed to make the property more useful or valuable as distinguished from ordinary repairs to increase the rental rate or sale price.
