Using Our Blog, Social Media Channels, & Website As Marketing Tools

We are continuing to explore Housing Hub’s role as The Marketer! Last week, we took a look at how we market and advertise our rental listings online - this week, we are diving into our website and social media pages.

Our website is a one-stop shop for our residents, property owners, prospective tenants, and property owners who are interested in learning more about what we do. Not only does it offer a wealth of information about what services and extensive expertise we have to offer, it’s also an incredible resource for current tenants, providing information about a number of different topics, including rental assistance, maintenance requests, as well as access to their online portal.

Our blog is also a key part of our website - it is the go-to resource for the latest news, reminders, and announcements from Housing Hub. Much of the content you find on our blog is also distributed in monthly newsletters and weekly emails to tenants and property owners.

Housing Hub’s Facebook and Instagram pages are also a great and fun tool for us to interact and engage with our audience. From articles, to blog posts, fun videos, and interviews with our CEO and CFO - we publish a wide variety of content on our social media pages.

All of these tools allow us to reach and communicate with our tenants and property owners in a variety of ways, keeping them up to date and informed at all times.
