We are moving on to the last aspect of one of the many “hats” Housing Hub wears as a property management company - The Supervisor! So far we have explored our role in managing rental units and vacancies, as well as overseeing and taking care of each property we manage. This week, we are taking a look at the Housing Hub team!
Part of our job as The Supervisor is to manage all staff members. From our office staff, to our leasing agents out in the field, to our maintenance technicians tending to our properties on a regular basis, our team takes on a number of responsibilities to not only meet our property owners’ needs, but our tenants’ needs as well.
Each division of Housing Hub specializes in their own area of expertise, and within each division, each staff member has their own set of skills they bring to the table. Together, we work as a team to fulfill all the roles we embody as a property management company - the roles laid out in “The Many Hats Of A Property Manager” series.
