We have spent the past five months exploring just some of the many roles Housing Hub takes on as a property management company. This month, we are diving into our role as The Marketer! Not only does this entail advertising and listing all of our available rentals online, but it also involves maintaining our website, blog, social media channels, and ongoing communications between tenants and our property owners.
This week, we are taking a closer look at marketing our available rental units online. Our website is the primary source for all available listings through Housing Hub. Each listing includes a detailed description of the unit, amenities, rental terms, pet policy, application criteria, along with a plethora of photos - and oftentimes a video tour of the unit. Listings also include a link to apply for the unit, as well as the leasing agent’s name and phone number to call to set up a showing. Our website truly is a one-stop-shop for everything you need to know about our available rental units, how to apply, and how to schedule a showing.
