COVID-19 Resources For Property Owners

Housing Hub continues to pay close attention to the latest developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on our Client Owners. As your property manager, we are here for you to help you in any way we can and to answer any questions you may have.

We have a number of resources available on our website, and will continue to update you as the situation develops. Here are some of the biggest questions we are receiving from property owners:

Do residents have to pay rent?

Yes. While there is a statewide halt on evictions for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis, anyone who can still pay rent on time is expected to do so. Rent is not reduced or waived during this time.

Any residents who cannot pay rent on time are encouraged to work directly with Housing Hub on a repayment plan or payment arrangement immediately.

Is the Housing Hub office open?

Yes. Our office staff, Leasing Agents and Maintenance Technicians are all working hard for you. Our office staff is working remotely and our office lobby is currently closed.

Are you accepting Maintenance Requests?

Absolutely. Our Maintenance Staff continues to address all Urgent and Emergency Maintenance Requests. We ask that all other items wait until further notice. Please give all our of Maintenance Technicians space if they need to enter your property to adhere to the Social Distancing recommendations from the CDC, the WHO and MN Governor Walz.

How are my residents doing?
