Do I still have to pay rent?
Yes. While there is a statewide halt on evictions for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis, anyone who can still pay rent on time is expected to do so. Rent is not reduced or waived during this time.
Anyone who cannot pay rent on time is encouraged to work directly with Housing Hub on a repayment plan or payment arrangement immediately. Housing Hub cares about you and your family and wants to help as much as possible during this difficult time. Call 651-488-2437, ext 101.
Is the Housing Hub office open?
Yes. Our office staff, Leasing Agents and Maintenance Technicians are all working hard for you. Our office staff is working remotely and our office lobby is currently closed.
How can I pay rent?
Your secure Online Tenant Portal continues to be the best option for paying your monthly rent. As our office lobby is currently closed, if you need to drop off a Money Order or Cashier's Check, you may drop it in the grey Mailbox marked "351" directly across from our front door on the railing. Our office staff is happy to email you a receipt if needed.

Are you accepting Maintenance Requests?
Absolutely. Our Maintenance Staff continues to address all Urgent and Emergency Maintenance Requests. We ask that all other items wait until further notice. Please give all our of Maintenance Technicians space if they need to enter your property to adhere to the Social Distancing recommendations from the CDC, the WHO and MN Governor Walz.
